||||Arlene's Grocery (yes, it was a grocery) opened it's doors in 1995 - breaking ground in the then treacherous Lower East Side. Upcoming bands flocked to the seedy neighborhood to experience the sonic beauty of the smaller 150-capacity room which played host to garage rock, punk, and bohemian newcomers, such as Jeff Buckley.
In the late 1990's the club branched into the butcher shop next door and became two rooms under one roof. As the neighborhood gentrified around them, the Lower East Side became the hub of NYC rock. The club hired a Live Rock N Roll Karaoke band who became an instant hit in the city, attracting New Yorkers and tourists from all over the globe to catch a glimpse of celebrities, such as Moby, belting out AC/DC. Shortly after, Arlene's garnered more attention - becoming home to The Strokes, and then booking a residency by The Bravery, which would land the band a deal, and propel them to fame.||||

Natalia Simakova represents a new album glem-fate of group Siberia.
The world premiere of an album will take place in Pompidou's Parisian gallery on October, 15th, 2010. Within the limits of presentation there will pass a videoart exhibition, over which Natalia Simakova has involved the guru of the feshen-industry of the photographer and director Stephen Klein in work. The basic theme videoart while is kept a secret. It is known only that as a starting point for its creation the next clip of group Siberia will serve.
For a roller Natalia Simakova has written the scenario in the co-authorship with the legendariest rock photographer in the history of a genre and one of the most known directors of clips Anton Korbejnom. The clip video series will be sustained in the spirit of the American director Guus Mayer where all is ground on incompatibility of the external and internal beginning, forms and contents. Partly it something similar to the picture concept in which Nona Mordjukova, «Russian field» has acted in film. Dramatic nature and экстраординарность Natalias Simakovoj in a combination to Anton Korbejna's talent will make revolution in a video series habitual for the industry. Thanks to what the spectator can independently answer a main point which is lifted in the work by Natalia Simakova. Who will rescue the clever, beautiful and successful modern woman who has got confused and увязла in emancipation, so, that the true good from harm can't distinguish truth from lie any more? Who can return it belief what it can be happy, simply and infinitely? Certainly, it is the man. Only having trusted in man's greatness, the modern woman can become again happy, Natalia Simakova and Anton Korbejn answers.
The domestic premiere of an album will follow after some weeks after world and will pass in the Center of a photo of a name of brothers of Ljumer, a new Moscow art platform.
